Fatima Bhutto fears she could be prosecuted...

You are right there is no comparison ..... she has not even formally entered the political scene and she is already making an impression. It took Imran a good 11 years before he got arrested for 7 days !!!!! Apparantely his health had "detoriated" during this time. I can understand the sacrifices he had to make during this time. But it is politics and you have to go through the grind and am sure she will also do it when the time is right !!!!

Now coming to marraige part .... again if this thingy develops she can get the bragging right over Imran ... for she can claim she gave up Clooney to his Jemima !!!!!! And Clooney in shorts is not going to hurt as Jemima in skirt :)

Oh wait, did she praise India somewhere, or are you just makhnafying her because shes a staunch opponent of Zardari, a clown who put India to shame recently with the whole mumbai bollywood flop?

Aah the humiliation of being defeated in all those cricket matches, not to mention that inaugral nehru cup :hehe:

Please stick to what Lalu Prasad Yadav’s voti would pose in.

some how you have a nag of getting personal... its their own life, let them do what they want to do.

after all no one points at you for what you do with yourself in bathroom or bed... so leave others as well.

Well it is time you stop watching the re-runs of Pakistani media … and listen to LIVE news … even Pakistani media will do to understand what is the new twist in the Mumbai potboiler

Now that must have really hurt to react that way … you see you talk about sacrifices and arrests … the fact remains he was in prison for 7 WHOLE days!!!

As for Lau’s voti … you see he has enough political clout and stature of his own … he doens’t need support like some people do :biggthumb

Wait, Kasaab Singh Patel started speaking Malayalam, ILAAAAAAY!

You need to read more chanda. I know you are obsessed with Pakistan, but atleast follow the leads of some of your extinct and banned comrades, they could literally give me directions on getting to the Indian Spanking Institute HQs.

I am it feels good being a part of the Lalu Lovers Association

Regarding kasab's linguistics skills you can contact Rehman Malik :) .....

Rest it seems you have nothing more to add ........... as for Imran and fatima ..... since he has not "suffered" more then 7 DAYS in prison she can very well match that record in a very short while !!!!!

look i like them BOTH because i feel they bring fresh ideas and outlooks to the table as far as our politics are concerned. for that reason, in my opinion, both of them are put under the unfortunate category of unseasoned newbies and brushed aside as insignificant. that was the extent of my parallel btw them.

now of course i have no way of knowing how sincere she is in her writings but she definitely leaves an impression.

No, in politics its not personal matter.Otherwise where you live , 60% men and women heating each other everyday do as thier life style and will be common for you people and what your Clinton did but he appeared on TV to say sorry. I dont point her.. you... or any other girl for wetting thier bed sheet everyday but in politics specially in Pakistan we dont except these mummy daddy 3rd class identity-less who cannot even speak Urdu.OK

If shes a good writer, it does not necessarily imply she'll be a good politician. All her literary work was previously focused on BB bashing, which has now changed into zardari bashing. She is clearly eying the PPP premiership. Also, she is talking about how Zardari is corrupt and manipulative, maybe shes forgetting her late father was also a badmash ghunda, and an international terrorist wanted for the deaths of many men.

Not even a year has passed since the elections, and people are already worried about the removal of the unprecedented freedom given to the media by former President Great Pervez Musharaf, the greatest Pakistani leader since Quaid-a-Azam. I hope the media remains free as it was up to 18 Feb 2008. Ameen.

Having all that done to you does not make you a better politician. Fatima Bhutto has had people killed and murdered and been brought up around the political heavyweights of the country (even though those heavy weights were all failures).
She has been exposed to a more brutal life at a younger age. A few days in jail was good for IK. He btw lives a far more cosey life than FB. He is a man and does not have to care too much abou this public behaviour? FB is a woman and will be more badly affected if she does anything wrong. IK appears to come from a relatively normal family - in Pakisani politics you cant get anyone more dsyfunctional than the Bhuttos.

Re: Fatima Bhutto fears she could be prosecuted…

^ Maybe she should learn Urdu first :hehe:

Re: Fatima Bhutto fears she could be prosecuted...

^ now that is a valid point !

Fatima Bhutto is a dwarf and doesnt have a good standing in Pakistani Politics....she has no vote bank. Why would Govt. of Pakistan care about what she writes and what she doesn't?

May be she is just trying to get attention.

Pakistani Poltics revolve around the following parties

  1. PPP
  2. PML ( NAWAZ group)
  3. ANP
  4. MQM
  5. JUI
  6. Jamat-e-Islami

Fatima bhutto where is she ?....nowhere!

She is all of 26 right now ..... where was Benazir "politically" when she was this age .................. so give her time. Plus she has bhutto name to go with ..... she will be in that list of yours in another 7-8 years !!!!

I dont think so....her father ( Mir Murtaza bhutto ) couldnt do it..her mom ( Ghanwa bhutto ) couldnt do it...they werent 26 but were in their late 40's or 50's etc.... the fact of the matter is that Mir Murtaza never had a following of his own.....Benazir on the other hand secured leadership of PPP and now its her Husband and after her husband.. its her son..................
Fatima has no chance ..she will be a loser like her father....!

Step mom !!!!

She is showing signes of a very mature politician ....... in any case she has a long way to go ... giver her time, we can take this up maybe in a couple of years ..... meanwhile keep an eye on her ..... if i were to give her advice, would ask her to work something out with Imran Khan ... politically of course !!!!!

Apparently, i like her, she is beautiful :)

Re: Fatima Bhutto fears she could be prosecuted...

^^ LOL she is hot indeed. we should see more of her!! :-)

You dont really need to justify and draw silly comparisons just for the sake of it, and plus shes not even comparable to the rather ordinary Soniya Gandhi (atleast she made an effort to learn Hindi). Benazir was eons ahead at this age, and had some feats already under her belt, first woman in Elliot House, champion debater at Oxford and was speaheading the Anti-Zia movement while in exile at a tender age. As for Miss Fatima, the only thing she can ‘write’ about is Zardari, and call him Mr. 10%.

p.s. Her dad Murtaza had the ‘Bhutto’ name to go with it too :hehe:
