Understood your point of view, legal system does not always provide justice. No argument there. But each case has to be looked at individually. General rule would however stays as …always. Respect and follow the law. There is much bigger risk of lawlessness and people killing each other in the name of revenge and finding excuse to settle other scores. Innocents could be killed in hundreds in this way. Also, any woman who does not like the rejection may turn around and blame someone for rape. Ever thought of this as scenario?

In the Modern and developed World 99.9% of the time I would say follow the Law.

That figure slumps a bit in other countries where the Law is hardly present.

As a man who has to be very carefull with the Law myself, I am most alarmed by recent trends but every country deserves a strong Justice system and that system should be respected.

Just plain crazy. Even if the story is true.
