Point granted but not everywhere has a fair Legal system or even a functioning Police Force, are you telling me if Allah forbid someone did such a thing to you and you went to the Police and they asked for 10,000RS just to file your case let alone pursue it… in many Countries forget the Forensics you’ll be lucky if the local Cop Chief got off his seat for less than that kind of money.

In such a situation there are only two options that are viable… find yourself a PI who specialises in bringing such brutes to Justice or second and more viable option take things your own way.

In Rural regions everyone tends to know everyone for a few Miles and such bloodfueds are common.

Understood your point of view, legal system does not always provide justice. No argument there.

But each case has to be looked at individually.

General rule would however stays … as always.

Respect and follow the law.

There is much bigger risk of lawlessness and people killing each other in the name of revenge and finding excuse to settle other scores.
** Innocents could be killed in hundreds in this way.**

Also, any woman who does not like the rejection may turn around and blame someone for rape. Ever thought of this as scenario?
