Yes ppl who made planes and trains and even buses had something against tall people aswell as fat people. I think whoever put in the basin in our office toilets had something against tall people too. When I am in moderate heels the sink barely reaches my midthighs. Damned discriminating dorks.
I hear ya! You know how annoying it is, half the time I feel like the sink is on the ground or maybe I grew another foot during the night. Planes are even worse for leg room. I should just fly in first class, always, so that I have lots of leg room.
Possible reasons why people become obese.
1) Overconsumption - A Possible Root Cause
2) Eating Too Many High-Fat or Refined Sugary Foods
3) Reduced Energy Expenditure - A Possible Root Cause (not enough physical exercise)
4) Family Influence - A Major Contributory Cause to Obesity (i.e., parental ignorance)
5) Genetic Causes of Modern Obesity
However, the sudden rise in obesity in the last 30 years makes genetics an insignificant contributor to obesity. Genes dont suddenly change over 30 years. So, obesity among gen. population is a consequence of personal choice.
Having said that, I also want to stress the ethical debate arising from using tax-payers' money to provide medical treatment for people who throw caution in the wind.
I dont have a problem with you grubbing on three Mickey D double-quarterpounders, but please dont make me pay for the treatment of your obesity-related diseases later in life.
God forbid taxpayer expenses include anorexia, binge purge…etc??? eh?
Whats a matta you?
God forbid you ever do anything others might consider questionable. …
And what makes you so sure fat people gobble 3 quarter pounder cheeseburgers from McDonalds???
God forbid taxpayer expenses include health problems associated with the Adkins diet…
Crap…
God forbid taxpayers should accept expenses of people who ingest food they are allergic to…
God forbid taxpayer expenses should cover people who jog and suffer from shin-spints..or foot and leg problems because of over stress on joints and bones…
Where do you draw the line? Is it moral to draw a line? What gives one the right to pass judgement on others?
Hypocritical to pass judgement on other people.
Worry about yourself and let God be the one who is justice and jury.
BTW…
Greed and worry over material things and money as far as I know…never solved a single problem.
