Im afraid Its not disk shape, it more of a ball shape…i can roll down hills you know
But I have to admit that I have been a bit harsh on myself…I reckon that alot of theweight is the dead skincells combined with sweat, old takeaway cartons and chocolate boxes that have somehow found their way under the layers of flab
Its awfully difficult having baths you know…I have to get myself to the car wash and stand in the middle to get a bit clean…
thats why I save up and do it ince a year…at Christmas
