If you come from a family with weight AND health issues, go and see a doctor who can refer you to a professional to help you become more healthy.

People from the Asian sub continent are one of the main groups susceptible to heart disease and high blood pressure probs.

If you are jsut a little overweight, adjust your diet and perhaps start a little light exersize...something like walking.

Remember that everyone puts on weight as they get older and everyone is not supposed to be the same size.

It make us unique

I used to look so much better in high school with taught tone skin and a nice petitie figure.

Now I look like me mum. And I haven't even had a baby yet ! cries
