Water Water Water!!!!! it is the best thing to help you lose weight, my sis inlaw eats and eats and i could not figure out what she was on, she stated that she just drinks loads of water, in fact 1 glass an hour, i have tried it (although not 1 glass an hour) and i swear it helps so much, i still eat like i used to but adding water has definatly made a difference. try it
