cry about it, get sad and depressed and drown my sorrows over my bad luck in a cake or biryani (thus repeating the cycle) and then envying slim ppl who look good in their cltohes.

I have insulin resistance coco - I take medication for it. I had to take it for fertitility issues as well.
Lately they have come up with better medications like glumetza.
I just cope with it. Eat better - Swim everyday. My goal is to lose another 10 pounds. Insha'Allah working on it.

ya glumetza is extended release metformin one can say. but still insulin resistence never goes away hav to take medication like forever.

I have insulin resistance..and I take Glucophage for it, but it helps to a certain extent alone, you have to be physically active and eat well to lose weight.

Water Water Water!!!!! it is the best thing to help you lose weight, my sis inlaw eats and eats and i could not figure out what she was on, she stated that she just drinks loads of water, in fact 1 glass an hour, i have tried it (although not 1 glass an hour) and i swear it helps so much, i still eat like i used to but adding water has definatly made a difference. try it
