Hi everyone! Im skeptical about and would like to know about your opinion about it, well i dont have the money to always eat healthy so I am considering taking fat burning pills, is this idea good for you or not? And does it really work?
Re: Fat burning pills
i dont think u shoud take fat burning pills cuz they have really bad side effects
Re: Fat burning pills
Fat burning pills burn fat by increasing your heart rate.
Some people get nauseous, some get jittery and some start jumping off the walls.
They do more harm then good and cannot be taken for too long.
It depends on what pill you are talking about. PSquared is right about the heart rate increasing part & at times it can be fatal.
I read about Alli once. Its supposed to block fat from being stored in your body. The only side affects were loose stool or passing gas with orange oil & that only because when you eat more than 15 gms of fat a day it doesn't let your body store it & in couple of minutes you gotta rush to the washroom. I bought it but never got the chance to use it.
And Alli is expensive.
Re: Fat burning pills
Alli is the only one that is FDA approved, it contains no ephedrine in it and is also not necessarily an energy booster.
I dont recommend any pills but if you absolutely have to, take Alli.
However, please be sure to read all the literature on it because its different from most diet pills.
It doesnt get you hyper, it blocks fat absorption I believe which in turn makes you go to the bathroom a tad bit more then usual.
^ tad is a small word compared to what I have heard & read :)
The literature alone took me more than 3 days to read but then I never got the courage to take it. Its actually really helpful with tips on how to substitute if you are eating out. It even has an Indian food section. Kind of similar to our Pakistani food.
Before starting anything to consult a health professional.
Re: Fat burning pills
I was there was a miracle pill, but there isn't. You can try the Isagenix cleanse. I've done that a few times and lost weight, but it's temporary weight loss. It all comes back eventually.
Re: Fat burning pills
Most of those prescriptions turn out to be dangerous, even the over-the-counter ones. My sis used one, Dexatrim, and she began having heart palpitations. To the point that they wanted to monitor her overnight in the hospital. You have to be very careful.
There is an easy way to get rid of fats on the rare occasion...like if you have a special event that you want to lose a couple of pounds for. If you eat a dietetic food containing the product called Olestra, your body will eliminate all fats pretty quickly (ie, remain VERY close to the bathroom!!!).
DO NOT use this product over a long term because not only does it cause fats to be eliminated but also all healthful things too. You body will be basically devoid of nutrition when you ingest it. And even if you take vitamins and supplements, this doesnt matter because they all get flushed out along with everything else when taking it.
For a couple of pounds its ok but if you use it for more than that, you;d be putting your health at risk.
it works wonder no doubt... bt as u leaves u cm baq to ur previous weight... i used many times... get shape for a few days and again gain weight wen i left pills...
it sounds bad bt its true the only way to loss weight is healthy diet n workout...
bt workouts REALLY works then y we run away from it.........
