has anyone fasted while their baby was taking solids as well. i think that should make a difference. I am worried the the milk supply may go down but my baby is 10 months already and takes good amount of solids during the day. i was hoping to nurse her till she was 18-20 months, i am worried that fasting will make the milk supply go down. Is there anything i can do to make sure to maintain the milk supply.

My baby is 13 months old and I am nursing and fasting AH. As she is eating solids and can drink milk from a cup too, so doesnt make a difference to me if the milk supply goes down, but to answer ur question it does goes down as the fasting hours increase.. but as soon as u open ur roza and drink liquid, milk is back again, for the night no issues .. but I personally would not fast if my baby is under one.
