how long your fasting day is?

I start with my city, it is 12.5 hour long day.

**in my city it is about 16.5 hours long.

next week i’m going to one of the northern areas of Canada whiuch is in Tundra and there the roza will be like 22.5 hours long…:(**

I do not have cholesterol issue and I am not obese either.
