is it true that our prophet nabi e kareem S.W.A used to fast on mondays and it is sunnat to fast on mondays?

Yes, every Monday but also Thursday of the week.

Sister.. dont listen to anybody on this forum.. because this forum is full of Ahmadi non-muslims and hindus and many more... you better read a book of Hadees-e-Nabwi (S.A.W.W) and read some other authentic literature..
So my advice to you is that you should not be asking such things on forums.. rather you should read by yourself.. everyone will answer you according to his/her own relegion, and you will be misguided..

I 100% agree with you on that.

Just a clarification. This forum may have many non-muslims but I doubt if any hindu of this forum would come to this thread and try to give her an advice on this particular topic. You meant good for her by saying what you said to her, but we can all avoid inserting racial comments in our posts of we could.
