Well I'm not a mujtahid and even though I personally disagree with the said arguments I can accept that a fatawa is present to the effect of the permissibility of toothpaste and who am I to condemn something when the muftis have not?
I shall try to meet the nature of the hadith for my reward with Allah (SWT) and I fully accept those who want to gain the reward of Allah (SWT) on a different count for being welcoming to their fellow humans.
