my sis is noticing from few days that her heart beats fast sometimes..
is it fine?

see a doc ... heartbeat goes up after exercise even walking...it beat is faster even in resting position and stays faster for long period of time then she needs to see a doc i suppose :(

Is it while she is just resting or it only happens when she is walking/climbing up stairs or just physically working more?

Until unless she is vigorously working out, fast heartbeat won't be considered healthy.

What time does she feels this?

fever, nervousness, fear, physical activity out of ordinary kind, after coffee or large amount of caffeine, diet pills/ water pills used to lose weight etc. can cause fast heart beat.

if it happens when she is otherwise resting,comes and goes, then she needs to be checked. A monitor helps too.

Get her hemoglobin checked! Anemia causes a faster heartbeat and palpitations.

She should have an ECG at stress done not just regular ECG. Doctor has to determine if it is tachycardia or arrhythmia. Tachycardia is a precursor to some major heart trouble later. Doc might put her on a beta-blocker. Lot of people have arrhythima and live long lives.

she is better ..she visited dr..dr said she is feeling fast heart beat because of sinus problem
