The accident which KILLED a 17 year old youth who was the son of
the owner of United bakery islamabad. The accident took place on
Margalla road at 160 Kmph, the car rammed into a tree & torn
apart. The other friend lost both of his legs.

yes...there are very strict laws (at least on papers)...but u know the Pakistani rules i.e Laws are made to be broken...:(
18 is the legal age but we can see alot of underage youngsters flying their vehicles...
