behan jee that was intended as a pun. I eat jalaibiyaan baray shoq say myself. koi kuch bhee kahay - makhiaan, gund, mitti, ganday kapray etc. - lekin theley par baith kar jo yeh log samosay, jalaibiyan, pakoray, kebab etc. banaatay hain uss tarah kee cheezein ghar par ban hee naheen sakteen. Ghar par banay huay samoson, jalaibiyon, pakoron etc. ka taste bilkul different hota hai in my experience (not necessarily saying home made things taste worse but bazaar kee cheezon ka maza hee kuch aur hota hai!) Oh! I so miss my student days in Pakistan.

Abay inna wada lecture :p i never compared ghar ka stuff with bazari stuff that everyone knows both have their own tastes (i actually meant that you should just be happy with the yummy tastes those jalebees have rather then looking at the white cloth which gets blackish/brownish)...but like when you say the kapra they use is not hygienic or unclean etc..then well that every sane person knows actually, thats why we dont have cleanliness checkers or else they would have been busy round the clock the whole year ;)
