I would never have uttered those words 2 years ago. Ever since I started uni ive had the opportunity to eat fast food every day…and I have. Now when I see KFC, maccas…pizza hut…I just want to spew. Its just made me appreciate food from home even more.
now I try to eat macas and KFC once a month…not even…

It's just a mixture of unhealthy oils, salt and sugar (which are cheap for them to buy) and powerful flavours with excellent addictive properties as well as MSG which is an excitotoxin... hence why it's addictive.
I don't think i've been to McDonalds for over a year...we're not big on fast food, but when we do get it, we usually get grilled meat/chicken/fish from a lebanese place, rather than something ambiguous like reconstituted meat "burgers".
I guess there's nothing wrong with it, in moderation though...

Yes, fast food is rubbish. There's not usually anything fresh in it. Think of the oils they use - Hydrogenated fat, used and filtered, used and filtered etc.
OK once in a while.
Think about how u feel half n hour after a McDonalds - SLUGGISH

I only eat fast food if there is NOTHING ELSE around and I am at the brink of starvation or something.
I'm with you all, I hate fast food. The other day I had some wild pregnancy craving for fries and a chicken sandwich, though, from Burger King---very unusual cuz I can literally count on one hand the number of times I've eaten Burger King in my life. Anyhow, I have to admit to enjoying and finishing the fries, but about halfway through the sandwich I had to put it aside.
For some reason, though, I have to admit I like Domino's pizza. :)

I don't eat fast food often. And when I do.....I usually get a veggie sub from either Subway or Quizno's.....which contains more fresh ingredients as opposed to other choices.

popeyes is like kfc but better (not that i eat this junk all the time. but once in a while its ok ;)
