Hey u all!
I have to prepare a list of items i want my dad 2 get for me from toronto. So i need yr help…i checked out few items from guess store, bebe, nine west which i want…few from ardene shop but they dun have the prices listed at their site. Anywayz so i needed yr help in finding out good stores in canada which sell fashion accessories i.e shoes, bags, jewellery, etc and also have a site on net from where i can check out the items i want.

well i think it all depends on how fashion savvy ur dad is.. and if he likes for u exactly what u like for urself... given that he's ur dad, he might NOT encourage certain styles of clothing that u could want for urself.. just my personal opinion.. :)
well most of the bigger malls hav almost all the clothing/accessory stores.. if ur dad goes to any one mall, im sure he can pick a few items for u! guess/ bebe/ parasuco.. most brands dont hav the exact same clothing that they sell in the stores marketed online... i think it's a safer bet for ur dad to actually walk-in to those stores and get for u smthn u might like
same thing for the price range.. sometimes all these stores hav sales going on.. infact all of them hav the 'marked down' section.. so i think it's pretty futile trying to decide on clothes from a website and hav someone pick them up for u from the store.. in that case just buy them online, n ud know exactly what ud be getting :)

handbags. if you want something really nice…go for coach…they have one @ yorkdale and Sherway gardens…but aldo does carry some okayish handbags

what’s ur budget maham… coach bags dont start with less than $500, i find them pretty blah anyways! very aunty-ish.. same deal for brownshoes.. u get all the designer brands but they’re in for serious moolah!! for that matter just tell ur dad to hit holt renfrew… ull get eveerything u cud ever dream of right there

coach handbags start @ $150 and up
holt sells same brands browns does i.e chinese laundry, kate spade etc

Actually I thot square one was pretty nice. La Vie En Rose and La Senza were pretty cute ;) (But dont tell ur dad to go there!)... also Le Chateau has cute stuff...

Really Mrs Saieen?? you didnt like the shopping in TO?? Yeah, it is more expensive then the US but I definately think toronto is much more fashionable then the majority of the US.... esp because of the European influence on many of the shops here...
AS for Accessories.. .there is a British chain ( It might not be! - but I think it is part of Monsoon's collection) called Accesorrize that has openned a few locations in TO!! check them out..

is the shopping really more expensive? or is it just the exchange rate that makes it seem expensive but its really worth the same? I didn’t do too much shopping there anyway, but I admit i did like the lingerie shops..

Guess?? thats where you went?? Guess is an american branch... no no no no we must correct this....
NY is fashion capital... but not in the malls... hahahah America does lag the rest of the world when it comes to translating fashion to the mass public. Canada is not alot better... but when compared with when I lived in England/Europe and Asia... ahha there every other person is fashion forward... America is the worst! Sorry.. I lived in the US for two years..and bought NOTHING!!
Next time you are in town, shopping trip on me... we shall hit Queen St, the Beaches, bloor st.. let me know!

Actually i’ve heard desi shopping is alot better in TO than in NY… So I want to see some of the desi stuff, jewelery, churiyan, clothes etc

I heard that shopping in Pakistan is better and lot cheaper........I guess depend on what you're looking for? get somthing that you don't get there. (what do you require?)
