nearing 30s.
How should they dress up? I was looking at my wardrobe and everything looks a bit girly. I want more decent and mature look but at the same time elegant and feminine and modern. How can I achieve that look? Please advise.

I think dressing "mature" depends on the situation, rather than the age (up to a certain extent)...
