I was browsing through her wedding photos and it seems her wedding outfits were extremely tacky as was her drag queen look, but I saw this page on FB called Plastic Faryal Makhdoom and I am wondering was this what she used to look like?

Also I want to share a thought but plz don't judge sometimes when I look at these girls I think they so perfect before so why they got this done and I see they look even more perfect after and I start analysing my face my body more and feel very insecure and unhappy with how I look at times does that happen to anyone here

Yes, it affects lots of girls which is why you see so many following in her footsteps these days. Can't say that they look very good in real life though. What I would say is that there is so much more to a person than what they look like. Your intelligence, personality, strength of character can make you far more attractive than a perfect nose. That's not to say you shouldn't make an effort but you also need to learn to be comfortable with yourself.
