Captain, this is human interaction, not a true false question. If the scope of discussion had remained to the custodial death, I would not have bothered, but it went from that to propagation of occupation of Karachi by Punjabis. Even though someone tried to find the custodial deaths in Punjab, I am sure it will vastly outnumber those in Karachi.
