I'm getting married in Cali in a few weeks and I would NOT recommend her. Her work is good but she is ridiculously expensive and her new-found fame is getting to her head. She's based in S.F. and I'm in So-Cal, I asked her for her charges, they were much higher than the going rate here in SoCal and on top of that she informed me that I would need to provide her with at least 4-5 additional clients in order to make the trip "worth her while" to L.A. And her charges for makeup for relatives/friends/bridesmaids is what other people here are charging for bridal makeup. I don't care how good her work is, I cannot work with someone with that kind of attitude on the most special day of my life. Her approach was unprofessional and a complete turn-off for me as a bride.
There are plenty of people who work at MAC who could get you the same look for less than half of what she is charging, and a lot less hassle too.
That's just my experience.
