Re: Farewell to Faith…

it’s his/her loss BIG time!

Re: Farewell to Faith…

Who is Faith and where is she going?

Tere ko itna dar lugtaa hai ke tu multi se login kar ke aisay sawal poochtaa hai.

If you can’t let go of fear, you can’t let go of faith. They are the two sides of the same coin

Re: Farewell to Faith…

For good and for bad, all of our societies are based on some sort of religious beliefs
I think without religion the world will be in shambles. It won’t happen all of a sudden. But it will happen eventually.

Re: Farewell to Faith…

i think a system of a down song says it best:

system of a down - science

making two possibilities a reality
prediting the future of things we all know
fighting off the diseased programming
of centuries, centuries, centuries, centuries
Science fails to recognise the single most
potent element of human existence
letting the reigns go to the unfolding
is faith, faith, faith, faith
Science has failed our world
science has failed our mother earth
Spirit-moves-through-all-things
Spirit-moves-through-all-things
Spirit-moves-through-all-things
Spirit-moves-through-all-things
Spirit-moves-through-all-things
Spirit-moves-through-all-things
Letting the reigns go to the unfolding
is faith, faith, faith, faith
letting the reigns go to the unfolding
is faith, faith, faith, faith
Science has failed our world
Science has failed our mother earth

Re: Farewell to Faith…

When one loses it, the other finds it

nature of life. .

TLK: answer the question! do not become personal! I have three logins and I use all three of them from time to time :dumbass:

Khoji: why would you think that!!! Isn’t the world in shambles with faith??? give an articulate answer portraying the alternative.

multani86: I hear you and your song! Next time you use your I-phone tell faith to connect your call.

Re: Farewell to Faith…

No kidding!! If it’s a certain interpretation of a certain religion, you could lose your life.

Did you have to sign your comment off with your 3rd login?

Ok my joke was all for some fun. Honestly I did not and still don’t know of whose multi you are, if you are a multi. But it does not matter.

I was serious in my post number one, that fear is what keeps us on the the path of faith, and one needs to get rid of that fear. My fear list is so long that I don’t know where to start. If I shed my faith, I am afraid that I won’t be able to pray for the maghfirat of my father, and for my own maghfirat. I have probably committed so many sins, broke so many hearts, was rude and unfair to so many people in my life, and those people are gone either from this world or my life. I want to repent, I want to say sorry, but to whom? If I don’t have my Allah to bow down to, my remaining life would be nothing but a torture for me. Prayers and worship are form of submission, and I need to submit to humble myself down. I hate living an arrogant life.

Re: Farewell to Faith…

I have been living without faith and I feel fantastic.
It’s not that bad.
