Re: Farewell Friends!
I didnt post for a while, but I thought I'd post here for one last time as it was PA that brought me to GS and I do believe I contributed a lot... I stopped posting but continued to read stuff here...
One of the reasons why I am leaving GS is because there is no point in discussing politics when we have leaders like Musharraf and third class chamchaz like Wasi Zafar (Qanoon-minister), Sheeda Talli Shiekh Rashid (the biggest lota ever), Sher Afghan (retard), Altaf Hussain (mafia leader), Chaudhry Shujaat (another badmaash) ruling this country. Then on the other side we have Benazir (who is now striking deals with the very concept she abhored), Maulana 'Diesel' Rahman, Nawaz Sharif.
Everyone knows I supported Musharraf when he took over the country and continued to do so even when all the good people he had in his cabinet left, but the saying power corrupts absolutely everyone is correct. He is nothing more than a corrupt dictator and I realized this after after what happened in May in Karachi this year.
Now I did notice some people here blindly praising him, we dont need to take names, seriously, some of your posts disgust me. It is even more pathetic when I saw some of the blind praise for Kasuri on television whereas his behavior was totally unacceptable. I know Kasuri, as his son was in my class during Olevels, and he used to act like that even when he came to pick up his son, would park his car infront of the school gate where it wasnt allowed and pick up fights with 'women' and used extremely inappropriate language. A Musharraf/MQM supporter said Kasuri showed balls during 'great debate', I say that unknown lawyer who spray painted his face 'kalla' showed some REAL balls by doing so. But then again there are others like Kasuri too, our ex-Qanooni Minister Wasi Zafar (Mushy's personal 'big arm') who curses journalists and their families just because he cant understand english and scratches his balls on TV (what class!); Altaf Hussain an ex-cab driver who alot of MQM supporters refer to as an educated enlightened Pir Sahib who denounces Pakistan's creation as the 'greeeter greatest mistake in the history offf thee saab-caaantinaant' in India. And yet you guys praise Musharraf and his henchmen openly without shame.
If religious extremism is bad for you, then musharraf's extreme enlightened moderation where hes doing the exact opposite thing is bad too. After continuously fighting our own people our army is beginning to crumble, and the recent surrender is just the beginning, it will get worse. By handling the lal-masjid fiasco by killing just about all the fundos inside and asking our military to kill our own people, Musharraf personally introduced suicide bombing in the country.
Musharraf is extremely unpopular in Pakistan, and denying that is really lame. I refuse to believe he gets 99% votes in a referundum, and those of you who believe that, I think you and Sher Afghan should take the same medication for whats wrong with you. He will, like the ones before him meet a very dreadful fate, just a matter of time. The Supreme Court decision today is a joke, Musharraf might as well let go of this topi drama election non-sense and remain as the country's lifetime dictator until he finally meets his fate, and trust me, Mr. 'God Bless Musharraf' his fate will be worse, mark my words.
In the end, lets hope by some miracle we do get some sincere leadership for the betterment of this country! Good bye everyone! In the end, I apologize if I hurt anyones feelings and if I ever got personal (discussing politics can make you do such a thing).
Live long and prosper friends!
I know why you were leaving. Just because Pakistan lost to India, you should not take such drastic steps :D.
Jokes apart, I do not know much about Pakistan politics but surely your politics is much more interesting than Indian politics. I think this forum is a great place to discuss and voice your opinions and the mods on the whole do a really good job of making this a place you can spend some time daily. Good to have you back.
