Farewell Friends!

I didnt post for a while, but I thought I’d post here for one last time as it was PA that brought me to GS and I do believe I contributed a lot… I stopped posting but continued to read stuff here…

One of the reasons why I am leaving GS is because there is no point in discussing politics when we have leaders like Musharraf and third class chamchaz like Wasi Zafar (Qanoon-minister), Sheeda Talli Shiekh Rashid (the biggest lota ever), Sher Afghan (retard), Altaf Hussain (mafia leader), Chaudhry Shujaat (another badmaash) ruling this country. Then on the other side we have Benazir (who is now striking deals with the very concept she abhored), Maulana ‘Diesel’ Rahman, Nawaz Sharif.

Everyone knows I supported Musharraf when he took over the country and continued to do so even when all the good people he had in his cabinet left, but the saying power corrupts absolutely everyone is correct. He is nothing more than a corrupt dictator and I realized this after after what happened in May in Karachi this year.

Now I did notice some people here blindly praising him, we dont need to take names, seriously, some of your posts disgust me. It is even more pathetic when I saw some of the blind praise for Kasuri on television whereas his behavior was totally unacceptable. I know Kasuri, as his son was in my class during Olevels, and he used to act like that even when he came to pick up his son, would park his car infront of the school gate where it wasnt allowed and pick up fights with ‘women’ and used extremely inappropriate language. A Musharraf/MQM supporter said Kasuri showed balls during ‘great debate’, I say that unknown lawyer who spray painted his face ‘kalla’ showed some REAL balls by doing so. But then again there are others like Kasuri too, our ex-Qanooni Minister Wasi Zafar (Mushy’s personal ‘big arm’) who curses journalists and their families just because he cant understand english and scratches his balls on TV (what class!); Altaf Hussain an ex-cab driver who alot of MQM supporters refer to as an educated enlightened Pir Sahib who denounces Pakistan’s creation as the ‘greeeter greatest mistake in the history offf thee saab-caaantinaant’ in India. And yet you guys praise Musharraf and his henchmen openly without shame.

If religious extremism is bad for you, then musharraf’s extreme enlightened moderation where hes doing the exact opposite thing is bad too. After continuously fighting our own people our army is beginning to crumble, and the recent surrender is just the beginning, it will get worse. By handling the lal-masjid fiasco by killing just about all the fundos inside and asking our military to kill our own people, Musharraf personally introduced suicide bombing in the country.

Musharraf is extremely unpopular in Pakistan, and denying that is really lame. I refuse to believe he gets 99% votes in a referundum, and those of you who believe that, I think you and Sher Afghan should take the same medication for whats wrong with you. He will, like the ones before him meet a very dreadful fate, just a matter of time. The Supreme Court decision today is a joke, Musharraf might as well let go of this topi drama election non-sense and remain as the country’s lifetime dictator until he finally meets his fate, and trust me, Mr. ‘God Bless Musharraf’ his fate will be worse, mark my words.

In the end, lets hope by some miracle we do get some sincere leadership for the betterment of this country! Good bye everyone! In the end, I apologize if I hurt anyones feelings and if I ever got personal (discussing politics can make you do such a thing).

Live long and prosper friends!

Spock, don't live yarr. Whatever happens will happen, but none of thus stuff...that is happening in Pakistani political arena should be taken on personal level. You're one of the senior most member here, and you're contribution to GS is highly valued. I hope you'll re-consider you decision.

Re: Farewell Friends!

Calling names for other leaders and going easy on NS and QAZI :)

cmon .... dont take it to heart. This is politics ..... Just chill ....and keep contributing to GS !

Re: Farewell Friends!

Stick around man... Pres Musharaf cant sustain himself or the Army for much longer the way things are right now... Supreme court verdict or no, no leader can sustain himself with this much disapproval.

The only sad part is, there is no real viable alternative other then Ganja and Bibi... But thats still no reason to despair... :)

Wow, are you also one of those people who blames women for getting gang raped in their pinds for just being women or not wearing full shuttlecock burqa? Get this through your head, Musharraf did not introduce Taliban or Jihadism to Pakistan. His predecessors did and he is left with trying to clean up their mess.

The blowback of jihadi terrorism was going to come back to haunt us eventually. Nothing to do with Musharraf. Some of you just can't seem to understand that surrendering to mullah jihadis will lead to end of Paksitan as we know it.

And the obsession with Altaf continues. It's amazing how one man who has not even been in the country for years causes so much heartburn for punjabis.

Re: Farewell Friends!

I know you are an active Musharraf supporter (I was one too), but I assure you, I have Qazi and NS are in the same books are Musharraf and his crooks. I dont even think I mentioned Qazi, I am sorry I just dont think I can list every single politician here in my farewell thread. I have no love for them, and if you really doubt my word, go back to my old posts about both Qazi and NS which will take care of your concern. And I am not taking it to the heart, I dont think these leaders have class and are not worth my time.

Shamraz Khan, thanks buddy for the kind words. I will continue to pray for the country's prosperous future.

Re: Farewell Friends!

Salaam
Please don't leave GS.

Re: Farewell Friends!

You are a paid 'Mohajir Khooni Movement' supporter, and that speaks for itself. Now unless you can prove I support 'women getting raped in a pind', eat your words Altaf Bhai. Also, prove to me how a woman getting raped in a pind/village is linked to Islam/jihad/mollah or whatever it is youre so obsessed with.

Goodbye friend.

Re: Farewell Friends!

I agree with you 100%. I couldn't have said it better.

This regime will have a very horrible end, inshallah, very soon. People like Wasi Zafar, Sher Afgan and others need to be hang in public until rotten.

Do not leave GS for idiots.

Re: Farewell Friends!

Thanks sister, I was mean to you before in a thread and I already apologized to you in private, but I publically do so as well.

Thanks AQ, if I ever offended you in the past (I know I must have), forgive me.

Re: Farewell Friends!

No one is an expert in religion forum, anyway, I'm not happy that you're leaving, i say again that you shouldn't be leaving.

Re: Farewell Friends!

Spock, stop being a b1tch and come back, i already feel like an alien with all the oldies out of here.

Re: Farewell Friends!

GS is not something Govt of Pakistan or Politicians of Pakistan consult for their input from public.

We discuss more and in practical way compared to the lot you have mentioned in the thread.

Staying away from the discussion that might be for lunatics, names are not important. Pakistan and its state of affairs is important to most of us here. thats why we care and discuss here. some have support for these so called leaders, either govt or opposition that may not be based on logic but personal likeness only!

That mentality can never be changed and that is almost biggest problem of our people.

I request you to stay here, contribute to a healthy GS. If lunatics in politics are not going anywhere sooner, You should also stay here.

many of us think like that cause we discuss without any results and why we discuss such people, nothing is going to change. very same reason many people in Pakistan stay at home on election day or on valid protest days.
hence these lot ruling Pakistan!

Re: Farewell Friends!

Spock Bhai: For how many years are you going on self-exile? Where will you be while in exile? London, Jeddah or Dubai? :)

Yaar bura na manna karo, things keep happening. We support what we consider is best, but than we all have our own understanding to the matter. Something might be important in country for one person, might be useless for another. Please try to live and let other live. Discuss, argue, and say what you like, but with cool mind and heart.

If Musharraf is going to be President for next 5 years than what is wrong there? If it upset you than be assured that there are many that would be very happy about that, and they are as much Pakistani as any other in the country.

So ... take everything as it comes and do not get emotional. This is life :). People can lose their life, wealth and property when different government comes, but that does not mean that one should give up.

Re: Farewell Friends!

Just because someone does not support Musharraf does not mean you start making fun of him all of a sudden. Also, you should be more worried about where Musharraf should spend his exile, once his dreaded fate finally catches up to him.

Dont worry, atleast I dont want to talk about ppl like Mush, Altaf, wasi zafar etc, let alone the fact that you guys praise them all day long on GS. I just dont think its the right thing to do, you can do what you like bro, and I should do what I feel is right. Peace...

And I think with this last reply I am done with this thread, and posting...
