Your first statement is correct but PST is 5 hours ahead (not behind) of GMT

so time difference between EST and PST is 10 hours or EST–5–GMT–5-- PST = 5+5=10 hours

Sorry… realized it too late… but PST given for the game is Pacific Standard Time not Pakistan Standard Time.
