PST times are all wrong

How can PST be behind GMT & EST? Sun rises in the East

e.g. Ireland v UAE game

GMT: 02/25/2015 at 03:30 ( 6 hours, 21 minutes)
PST: 02/24/2015 at 19:30 , EST: 02/24/2015 at 22:30
Sydney: 02/25/2015 at 14:30

It should be 02/25/2015 @ 08:30 PST (i.e. 5 hour difference between GMT and PST)

PST is pacific standard time..not pakistan standard time
