Ok sorry.. here ive done some quick research… and i was wrong lol!
**Question:**
**I seem to be going through a phase of thinking about intimacy with my husband for much of the time, to the point where it is preoccupying me. By the grace of Allah, it has not yet affected my worship in a very direct way, but I would like to know whether fantasising about one's spouse (without masturbation) is detrimental. **
**Answer:**
In the Name of Allah, with blessings and peace on the Messenger of Allah
1. Experiencing increased desire is very natural, and often indicative of a healthy marriage relationship. However, it is best to ensure that this desire is fulfilled in a meaningful manner with one's spouse, and caution must be exercised not to err an fall into sexual indiscretions, such as masturbation. It is clear in the Shariah that it is the duty of each spouse, husband and wife, to fulfill the sexual needs of the other, and doing so is one of the means of having a strong, lasting, and healthy marriage.
2. **However, fantasising about other than one's spouse is not permitted Islamically. And it eventually leads to sexual improprieties, and is known to harm relations within marriage, too. There is harm in it, and no good. **
**And Allah alone gives success. **
Faraz Rabbani.
