Dillards. I don't know where you live so I can't guarantee if there will be one in your state, but Dillard's has a decent selection of nicer shoes. I'm also not big on online shopping for clothing, either.

I would also check out some of those random Asian boutiques that sell prom dresses. Shoes aren't name brand but are pretty enough for dulhans.
