Re: Famous Writer A. Hameed departs gently into night.....
I downloaded his book 'Dekho Shehr e Lahore' on Thursday and was discussing the same with my friend on Friday when he told that he heard news that 'A Hameed' has died.
He was really a good writer. We grew up reading his series 'Anber Naag Mariya' and watching 'Ainak wala Jin'. His book 'Dasstan go' sharing his memories of time he spent with gr8 Ashfaq Ahmed is a must read.
