Famous Indian plagarisms

This stolen from western classical music. I forgot Motzart or Beethoven

Salil Chowdhry was music director.
Talat+lata

Allah Hoo-NFAK
COPY: I LOVE YOU

Oh! Gosh they converted 'Allah-hoo' in 'I love you' message of love nonetheless.

I can give lot of examples from Bappi Lahiri. But he is no musician.

I will tell you even SD Burman copied. Somebody told me he copied from Rabindra. I will write after I listen Rabindra songs nad make sure for myself.

I could not get hold of Rabindra songs. But heard a story.

Rajesh Roshan has copied interludes in the song 'disco 82' shamelessly from an old hindi song. Someone asked him 'Ye tune kiya tere baap ki hain kiya?' He said 'yes'

He was right. Orighinal song was composed by Roshan.
