i'm in loveee with this dress. Melania Knauss Trump.

Re: Famous Brides

Humera Arshad.

Re: Famous Brides

why does she have pearls running across her forehead?

Re: Famous Brides

Hinna- its called "maatha patti"
It should be on the line where the hair start, not right in the middle of the Maatha (forehead)

Re: Famous Brides

^No its not matha pati she is wearing ...some gujrati brides wear this kind of things on their foreheads ..sometimes a red kapra too..don no why but its a kind of tradtion.

Re: Famous Brides

Humera and Karishma

Re: Famous Brides

A lot of Hindu brides wear that. I've seen it at a local Indian store and they called it a "Kashmiri tikka."

Re: Famous Brides

who did kajol marry...? he looks kinda familiar..maybe an actor?

Re: Famous Brides

^ Ajay devgan

Humara arshad looks nasty!

Re: Famous Brides

I cant believe that some of you made the comments you did. "Indian brides are always ugly, they look soooo bad, etc etc." Perhaps it depends on the bride itself, because in my experience I have seen more sophisticated looking indian brides than "ive never worn make up in my entire life so im gonna pile it on tonite:" pakistani brides. You ppl need to stop being so ignorant towards other cultures. indian brides and pakistani brides have different styles and taste. both look beautiful. if any do look ugly, its a consenquence of their personal choice rather than being indian or what not. sheesh...

Re: Famous Brides

^ i dont find indian people ugly but its just that a lot of indian brides i've seen wear clothes that i dont like and they wear really ugly makeup.

the key word is "I'VE SEEN", and if i come across any decent/beautiful brides such as Karisma Kapoor, Twinkle Khanna i'm gonna admit it(like i've done already). Oh and check out the first girl in the thread(she's indian).

By saying what you just said about pakistani brides piling on the makeup ur doing exactly what u dont want us to do(be ignorant about other cultures).

oh and if you have any galleries of Indian brides to share please do cuz the ones on webshots weren't the best examples. i guess.

Re: Famous Brides

Proof that Raveena CAN look good if she takes into account that less is more

Re: Famous Brides

pisses you off doesnt it when someone makes an igorant comment huh?

and i know u didnt say indian people are ugly... u were talking about the brides. raatkirani is the one who made some ignorant and uneducated comments.

Re: Famous Brides

Punjabikudi, kindly work on your reading comprehension and reread my posts. I NEVER stated Indian people are ugly, nor did I say Indian brides are ugly. I said many of them look bad, and I stand 100% by my comments. Most of the Indian brides I have seen personally at their weddings never have that polish that Pakistani brides have. I am against overly heavy clothes, too much bright gold jewelry and makeup that looks washed out, and I see too many modern Indian brides guilty of that, including their celebrities. Pakistanis have modernized the bride to where it meshes better with global sensibilities (i.e. less embroidery, modern cuts, ONE jewelry set, etc). Before you start playing this game of oneupsmanship (i.e. "ive never worn make up in my entire life so im gonna pile it on tonite:" pakistani brides"), please remember that I have a right to my opinion, just as you have a right to yours.

Re: Famous Brides
