Saudi Embassies usually don’t deal with visa applicants directly. They have authorized agencies through which you can apply for a visa and those agencies then take care of the payment through Enjaz. Here in Austria there is only one such agency so they kind of have a monopoly here.

so these agencies do all the process on our behalf? Thanks a lot I will call them today and see if anybody responds.
