Family visit visa to ksa

I need to get visa stamped from Saudi embassy in Washington for myself n my daughters ages 3 & 1 month. The problem is my husband is overseas right now n I need a notarized letter signed by both me n him stating he allows me to take his daughters to ksa. My flight is on Nov 24th. The other problem is the payment method for visa fees. They say pay on enjaz website but when I put all info in its form it doesn’t respond it gives error. I have tried calling Saudi embassy but in vain.
Is there anyone who can help me on this or is it possible to go to embassy myself b get the visa stamped. Is there any other way to pay the fees? All the process is so weird n taking so long.
Please help me soon I am worried as I have less time left.
Thanks a lot.

Re: Family visit visa to ksa

where is your husband? i'm sure, wherever he is, he can fax his letter of consent to you to attach it to your visa application. as far as payment is concerned, won't they accept a draft or money order?

Re: Family visit visa to ksa

My husband has gone for hajj he will be back in few days but I wanted to mail the papers soon. The biggest problem is payment I don't see any other method of payment on their website.

oh...ok...Good Luck...i wish i could help...i have never dealt with Middle Eastern Embassies ever!

Re: Family visit visa to ksa

Saudi Embassies usually don’t deal with visa applicants directly. They have authorized agencies through which you can apply for a visa and those agencies then take care of the payment through Enjaz. Here in Austria there is only one such agency so they kind of have a monopoly here.

In Maryland there are two. See here: Visa Offices Registered with Enjaz

Re: Family visit visa to ksa

so these agencies do all the process on our behalf? Thanks a lot I will call them today and see if anybody responds.

Re: Family visit visa to ksa

Yes. You have to submit your documents to the agency and then they deal with the embassy on your behalf. They do charge a fee for that (on top of the visa fee). That's how applying for a Saudi visa works. As far as I know there is no process for applying directly at the embassy yourself.
