Look for ‘Quickie’ box on the top right of screen, look for ‘Features’ section, then click on ‘images uploader’.

The second way is in the editing box where you type your comments, the second icon from the right top the top of edit box.
It should say ‘Insert Image’ when you move the cursor to the top of it.
