Lehsan ki chatni is a staple at our place with any kinda pulao... crushed garlic, whole red chillies, zeera salt to taste...and thats cooked in a couple of tbsps of sesame oil for a few minutes....amazing stuff...the downside is you need lots of mint afterwards!!

Attay ka halwa, with loads of nuts, dunno many people who make this..

and boondi raita, which has a tarka on it with biryani and roasted tomato chutni with tahiri is a must...

tuna keema sounds great Reha...will try it next week...

My family makes it loooaaaddssssss and it's so good. I've never had it elsewhere, it's delish though.

Exactly what we make, anardane ki chatni, mum is famous for it , mst who come for dinner they ask mum to pack some up for them to take home.. and if we are having chapli kebabs we just add yoghurt to the chutney bas :)

my mum makes Keema ka pulao … its yummy lyk chicken ka pulao :wink:
she also makes Chawal ka salan … this is also very tasty dish
