Family Politics ?

Yes it does exist in the form of resistance between MIL (Sas) and DIL( baho), siblings rivalry is another form of it.
Then in landlord and Industrialist families it exists in the form of rivalry among whole families.
Extreme example is politics between father and son when grandfather is alive and still controls the wealth of the family.
Have you witnessed any family politics ?
Do you want to share some stories and your philosophy about this aspect of life ?
Go ahead please.

Re: Family Politics ?

I hate family politics. I’m sick of it already :bummer: I tend not to interact a lot with those who majorly revolve around this aspect. I just hope that whenever and wherever I get married there’s no concept of extreme family as there is in my family :slight_smile:

hi mirch;

yes there is A LOT of family politics going on in pakistan families. i called off my engagemnt due to extreme family politics going onn that i was afraid would runin my life after marriage. it goes on a lot bewtween relatives, not just immediate but door ke rsithidars also. and especially between relatives who are wealthy and poor. and inside extended familes theres alot that goes on between like aunts and cousins. especially when there double rsithes(like ex when khala is also chachi). there is a lot of dpendency upon eachother, expectations and jealousy and spite when expectations are not fulfilled. this stuff can really drive u crazy especailly if ur not used 2 it. thank god i got out!:cheer:

Re: Family Politics ?

There is loads of family politics in my door ki family as well, but seriously I've given up on it. I dont care wht they do or wht they think. I treat them nicely and expect the same and if they cant treat me nicely, then get lost .. its where I am at the moment. Everyone whoz pissing me off and bringing me only in deeper **** is getting excluded from my personal life .. its relative now till hello hi .. I simply cant stand it and nor do I've energy to always think abt it ..

Haha lolz i think i have gotten too influenced to the western society maybe lolz .. ah kidding
