Today i’ll be sharing some photographs and commentary of a family picnic
confused, was not part of it as he had to work..
We were supposed to leave for Welland, Canada on sunday with 2 more families to have a night stay at another uncle’s place..one uncle was saying kay we’ll leave my residence at 6:30pm for sure..and the both families reached our place around 7:45 pm hehehe talking about late lateefs..we have a combo in the family..
Anyways, this first pic was taken while we were half way:
At night one of the uncle said that lets go to niagra to see canada day fireworks..but by the time we reached niagra region..fireworks was done..so the uncle driving the bus said that he’ll take us for long drive in the bus..we spent 2 hours in the bus tour..it was so dark in the bus..i heard some sounds..and took a picture in the dark..and caught ammi and chachi (abbu’s cousin’s wife) eating samosas chupkay chupkay
The next day before leaving me and my little friend who happens to be my cousin too..took a picture..it was taken by another cousin sis..my friend’s name is Naba and she’s 4 years old
After that we went to many other places for cherry picking and i went to some very narrow streets too..reminds me of “pakdandian from pakistan”..but cherry picking farms were not open for public as according to some farmers they didn’t had much cherries this season..so they are just selling cherries and not opening the farms for public..
From there we went to a park in the afternoon and had a bbq there..yummy yumm
This picture was taken when chachi was putting some kabab on seekh..and abbu was pretending that he’s doing something as well..hehehe
Now here you can see some people with munh latka hua..yup..just coz some person forgot to bring oil from home and the first testing of chicken got sticked to the bbq..
by the time everyone was done it was evening and everyone wanted to rush back to their cities..
i protested..hehe..not really..i said kay my picnic without water is in complete..so they stopped at a scenic view..so here’s the two pics from that place:
Now here comes the fun part..my abbu came down the bus too..and we saw a stairs going down in the woods..so i told him kay abbu lets take some pictures down there..the rest of the relatives came coz they thought kay we both dropped from the hill..hehehe coz you can’t see these stairs from the road.
This picture wasn’t that great coz abbu was using this camera from the first time..
Then me and chachi and some other people mostly abbu, mamu, chacha and cousin..came after us in the forest area..so here’s a pic chachi took of mine..again, first time use of the camera by her as well..

It’s been years since we last went out for a picninc
.. I really miss those days when we were little and the whole mohalla would go out to the park for picnic, and all the kids would play games till late night. sighz
