dont close yourself off to the concept of marriage because of one nutso family. it can take years to find the right person - there are good and bad people out there. dont let the weirdos make you sour on the concept.

yeah, you're right but i kind of need to get over this. It's not like I'm sad bout him, but I'm one of those twisted people that are really curious and need answers. So I'm kinda driving myself nuts trying to figure out WHAT they're hiding (SO dumb...). I asked a few friends of mine that are from the same town they're from and no one's heard of them which is weird because they live in the middle of fobsville, TX. With time ,I will get over trying to figure this out and then I'll be fine lol

You will get over this when you stop obssessing over this rishtha. It appears to me you are probably unwittingly contributing to your own stress by not letting go of this guy - me thinks you need to stop the inquiries about who these people are, why no one knows them etc. Else, you will be sucked into this situation further.
