^Yes, I agree with that.

Sometimes telling people off makes it worse, they feel belittled or even insulted.

Not interfering in such a case would be heartless and for me it’s difficult to stay quiet after seeing something like that.

This is certainly a special case. From my experiences usually ** the person with the heart and cholesterol problems etc. is the one being aggressive, because of their healthproblems they can become mad easily **.

Hmm really? my dad mellowed after his surgery, then again he’s kinda chill to begin with.. he hasnt’ yelled at me in a while
