i was just wondering that do u still make family albums or just put them in computers.as this is a digital world,so i have seen people are not interested in making albums.well i still love to make them 
what abt u all.

Sheen, I love traditional albums but I regret to say that I have all my kids pictures saved on CDs only. I do have a picture box with some photographs but really, no albums.
I am thinking that one day, I shall go get some prints made and make some special albums at least, like on special occasions, trips, etc.

:smack nahi jee they are not a good way to save the photo's.i believe in the old fashion way,infact i misses my Kodak camera and a 36 picture roll in it:(i do make albums for my old times ,when kids will be busy in their lives and i can see the albums while sitting on a comfy couch near the fire place:@:

and there could be a song playing in the background with flashbacks of you running in your garden with butterflies and your daughter...then all of a sudden, the scene changes to her wedding...then the album falls from your hands when the phone rings. It's me...inviting you for samosas and chai.

My hubby - the tech guy has all the pictures on the computer
Me - The sappy one - made albums (it took forever to do) and baby books for my two daughters.
I love the baby books - It has printed pictures, their hand tags from when they were born, their hand and foot prints - also a letter I wrote to them when they were born. So many things that I had forgotten even though they are only 2 and 4 years old.

Some do not even have them save up on CDs they have them on their computer hard drive only and when the hard drive crashes then they want a copy of those pictures. Some times it is too late some times they can be saved.

we sometimes get prints and make albums, but they are rarely seen
its so much easier to upload and share with everyone, though i like the traditional way

Most of my pictures, I save onto my laptop and memory stick.
All pre-digital era pictures are bound in albums. The nicer pictures or memorable photos, I tend to have printed off and put into albums. The pretty albums are quite expensive though.
I also have a few digital photo frames which are great for storing lots of pictures and a great little way of displaying them.

I prefer Digital Archive (CDs). But My Mrs. Always Says we should get Thoes all printed. Hath main Dekhnain ka apna he sawad hay

its much better to have a old fashioned family album instead of an online storage. The old fashioned hand held album is much secure and easy to keep and to show to your relatives.
In this age of electronic media, computers, gadgets, blah blah blah.. its damn dangerous to keep your personal pics online. Every thing is possible.. any one can easily peek into your private material..
I would say stick to the old school.. coz the more technology in the market is pushing our privacy into publicity ;)

I have gotten so lazy and just make digital albums and save them to CDs. One of these days I need to print them all out and make proper albums!!

i print the good pics on album , all thousand pics no need to print are on my computer. i stiill printed them in asda then put them in album .
