False lashes

Re: False lashes

^My experience with them wasn't that great.. Can't remember the length and curl style but they were long-ish and felt much much thicker and more plasticky than normal strip lashes.. I'm used to wearing false lashes so didn't expect the extensions to feel strange but they did.. Nowhere near as comfortable.. They were meant to stay in around 4-6 weeks but mine started disappearing before that and as they did it looked odd because sometimes they'd be sort of hanging there lol and I'd have to just give them a little pull.. After a month there was barely anything left and I didn't bother going back for more.. I really didn't like the stiffness and feel of them..

I've thought about trying mink lash extensions if they're softer.. not sure if I can be bothered now tho..

Have u ladies used latisse for lengthening your lashes instead of the extensions. And does lash extension cause your own lashes to fall?!! I have heard from those who do wear it and they wear it Alot but they say their own lashes have fallen and there is a gap from using the false!?! Any experience with that. I'm so afraid of having mine fall out because I don't have much to begin with and I seriously can't afford to lose what I have.

Re: False lashes

I have a pair that I reuse very carefully by MAC. They're sooo pretty...not overly dramatic at all but definitely make a huge difference in your eye makeup. sometimes the more dramatic type do end up making eyes look droopy and sleepy. But if you find a pair that is a bit feathery on the inside and curls up towards the ends, not too dark either...it can make all the difference!

Re: False lashes

I tried it but didn’t have the patience to wait for it to work

With that your lashes get longer but then fall out because obviously lashes grow in cycles.. The shedding will prob be more noticeable as well.. If you stop using it the effect disappears and there was no way I was going to be using that stuff for the rest of my life lol

I use false lashes a lot and my own are still pretty thick.. I don’t ever tug at my strip lashes tho, I’m very gentle when I remove them.. I also use Biotin.. not sure if that also affects eyebrows and lashes but it could be a factor..

Re: False lashes

I am not sure if there is any tip to not ‘feel’ them there, I have gotten so used to it that I don’t even notice it anymore, just like how contacts are super annoying at the beginning :hehe: My makeup is not complete without the falsies, even though my natural lashes are long enough, I don’t know it just adds so much drama to the eyes, which I just LOVE

I have worn the drug-store lashes along with the MAC (#7) one’s, revlon I most definitely found un-comfortable compared to the MAC, but there is a huge price difference. I get about good 15 uses out of it, after taking them off I clean the falsies with a makeup wipe to take off glue/or any mascara traces left over at the edges, and finally very lightly with an alcohol wipe to sanitize, after the cleaning I put them back in the box so the lashes retain their shape
