Hi to all.
I am thinking i should blend the falsa with sugar and freeze it in the freezer and use it for making sharbat or juice whenever i need…???
what you think?

What is falsa? Is it that maroon thing?

Blend it with sugar and a little bit of salt.. strain it and freeze it in small bags.

i got this from samina jaleel's show

FALSEY KA SHARBET.

ING:
Falsey / 2 cups.
Sugar / 2 cups.
Arq e gulab / 3/4 cup.
Red food colour / 1 drop (optional).

METHOD:
-Blender main falsey aur 1/2 cup pani dal ker blend karein.
-Strainer main dal ker wooden spoon ki help se daba daba ke juice nikaalein.
-Pan main sugar aur arq e gulab dal ker stove pe rakhein aur cook karein.
-Itna cook karein ke sugar dissolve ho jae.
-Falsey ka juice add ker dein aur mix karein,food colour add ker dein.
-Ooper jo bhi scum (mael) aae tu usko remove kerte jaein.
-Ready hai,sterilized bottle main thanda ker ke dalein aur fridge main rakh
sakte hain .
-Serving glass main thora juice dalein aur ooper chilled pani dal ker mix karein
aur serve karein.
