Falooda Noodles... Help

Hi,

Does anybody know how to make falooda noodles, I buy a packet of falooda noodles from desi store having yellow color thread like spirals anybody used noodle packet.

Re: Falooda Noodles... Help

Just boil it in water throw the water away and mix those noodles in your falooda.

^ But it doesn't turns in to transparent noodles as in falooda maker used in falooda.

Re: Falooda Noodles... Help

The packet already comes with the noodles..leave it overnight...they should get big.

Yes they are from India they add color to it. That is the only kind I have seen sold at all desi stores.

So it is worthful means after boiling is it turns perfect or not or I have to serve kulfi without noodles.

Which packet ??

Re: Falooda Noodles... Help

Jias, boil water and put those noodles in it for just 2 mins, drain and put the seive on ice. When cooled, put them around the kulfi. You can add a sprinking of rose syrup over it as well.

I was talking about this
