Falling hair

Re: Falling hair

its normal for hair 2 fall out
on average about 150 hairs fall out
if its a lot speak 2 ur gp
is it falling in circle patches
because that could be alopecia areata

Firstly de-stress yourself if you have been stressed out recently

Supplements you could take for a couple of months or so...Vitamin B Complex and iron. (take Vitamin C as well to help absorb iron)

Oil and massage your scalp to promote hair growth

Maintain healthy balanced diet

Re: Falling hair

I think that your hair falling out is related to you not being able to sleep at night. I really suggest you talk to the DR, but putting oil in your hair helps. All this is stress related - ive been through all this myself and still am going through it. In your case your hair fell out, my case my hair went grey! (Not all!!)

Re: Falling hair

Hi,
Hair fall in female mostly related to two or three conditions.80% cases iron deficiency and 10% thyroid gland probelm and 5% cases related to hormone and remaining 5% from different causes like diseases of hair shaft, bulb or skin diseases.
Good luck

Re: Falling hair

how do u cure dandruff? i apply head shoulders but 2 days later it's back!

Dandruff is dead skin flaking off the scalp.Washing hair every single day with this shampoo would help in getting rid of dandruff..

I do have a SBS near where I live but I'm always skeptical about putting any kind of chemicals etc in my hair... How does this system work? Did you have any side effects? How often do you use it?
Thanks!

i think that's what caused dandruff :(

Re: Falling hair

i've stopped using ALL shampoos and instead use pure amla powder as a 45 minute leave in treatment and then a mixture of reetha and sikakaai (herbs) mixed with water as a natural shampoo. I dont blow dry or straighten my hair unless its a party or wedding....and it has never looked better. They have definitely gotten much thicker than they were before. The reetha and sikakaai can be a real pain to scrub out of the hair but its totally worth it. try it and i think you wont be disappointed. Other natural supplements for hair are saw palmetto, biotin, castor oil, egg yolks...you can try them...i never got a chance to try them though...cant stand the smell of egg yolks in my hair.
