But as to the rest, while I can’t be responsible for another’s actions, I hate thinking of myself as the cause of their disappointment.
This is part of the problem - an unwillingness to see past what they want to see.
What’s worse is that I have to tell them to remember I’m a flawed individual, but they think they me know better than me, until they actually do know better, by experience
