No, not talking about our resident 100% authentic pir sahib or Pir Pagara of Hurs. This thread is about common people faking miracles for twenty minutes of fame and money!
Last night I came across a relatively old story on YouTube. It was about prophet Muhammad’s (Peace Be Up him) foot impression appearing on soil, in Cahkwal. The foot impression was about 6 feet long! Waqt tv ran an investigation and debunked the claim later. :k:
In their investigative report, they interviewed “zaire’n” and ask for their opinion. To my horror, many of them expressed rather ridiculous believes (like back in days, people were tall so 6 feet long foot impression is possible! and Hazoor Muhammad (SAW)'s rooh INHALED by muslims of that time!) (watch it on you tube)
It got me thinking what other myths are lurking there! No wonder these fake pirs run successful business outlets!
There are a lot of these fake miracles and pirs in Pakistan. It does make one wonder, why do all miracles happen only in Pakistan? Why do pirs exist only in Pakistan? It's because the people here are uneducated, superstitious and gullible. They will believe anything that you tell them. I for one have absolutely zero belief in pirs, I don't care if he's real or fake, as long as its a pir I don't want to have anything to do with him. I can deal with my own problems.
clear sign of majority of un educated nationals with blind faith make them ready to believe whatever claim.
on same topic a local tv chanell (abroad) was showing a documentry related with miracels (almost fake) and how earning money/names by religious pir faqeers in back home. Allah hi reham kare or aqal ata farmaye Ameen.
