Sister, don't you realise, these chain mails are asking people to 'click' on the website, which makes the site more popular. It moves on top of the 'search list'. Which means that every time a person types the word 'Qur'an' in the address bar, the sites which had more clicks will come on the first page. This is some sick way of trying to popularise falsehood.
For help, I advise you to read the Qur'an in which Allah Almighty says that He will protect His Bookn from any 'corruption'... so don't worry.
