I understand your point of view, but we should not look at everything from a national security lens. There are some vested interests in Pakistan who portray everything as a conspiracy against the state. For example, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) owns gas stations built on storm water drains in Karachi which is a violation of building control rules. Whenever the issue is brought up, it is silenced citing national security. Central Ordnance Depot (COD) is running marriage halls in Karachi in violation of High Court orders, but seemingly that is also a matter of national security. Rangers was running a water tanker business in Karachi for years, but surprisingly that was also a matter of national security, so on and so forth. I have dealt with gas/electricity/water/sewage service providers without “connections”, and I used to get nightmares. It was not quite the same in other places where I’ve lived.
Seems like a a lot of things are fake there, like fake life saving drugs, fake goat meat, fake milk, fake degrees, fake religiosity etc.
Hmmm…
There is nothing in my post about “National Security” etc.
You are talking completely out of topic. Why?

The reason I brought up national security is because many people who played down the whole issue was because of the belief that pointing out systemic failure in CAA compromises national security. The rest of my comment is about the systematic failure in many other critical infrastructure service providers besides CAA. Pretty on topic I would say.
CAA clears 96 Pakistani pilots, says media ‘misconstrued’ dubious license issue
by Staff Report , (Last Updated July 15, 2020)
–CAA DG says suspected pilots grounded due to some discrepancies in computerised examination of licensing process
–PALPA says stands vindicated that no pilot in Pakistan possesses dubious airline transport pilot license
KARACHI: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Wednesday announced it has verified and cleared the licences of almost 96 pilots out of the 104 names it received from various foreign counterparts and international airlines.
Nowadays PIA’s Kabul operations are being advertised by PIA to boost it’s image. But I think that is a cheap stunt by PIA management and CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik. Since the CEO is a military man so no one is questioning the decision to operate in the way they are operating out of Kabul airport. The widely circulated video from 2 days ago in which PIA’s pilots are describing how they took off without permission of Kabul ATC is not an act of bravery but an act of putting lives of passengers at unnecessary risk in my opinion. It is like merging into a highway with your eyes closed.
Today as per news they tried to do more stunts and here is what Kabul airport authorities have to say:
Did they take that risk to help European countries as Norwegian PM was thanking Imran Khan
They love praise by westerners
Don’t you as well?
But that is my home and I am not enamoured by the women beater Tallys like the PM and Bajwas
So, what are you doing on a predominantly Pakistani forum?
Forum is registered in US and I can call out hypocrites. Child molestors molvis, women beheaded everywhere
Arent there people like you on Twitter which is mainly a western entity? And what are people who show hatred for west doing here? Why are you trying to come here?
You keep on calling, fortunately nobody here’s going to answer the phone.
I have better things to do with my life than to be on social media. Also, I’m not 16 anymore.
