Do fake degree people get job easily in pakistan? Is there any mechanism on behalf of employers to verify the academic documents?
I heard only private banks in pakistan practice the employees verification methods. What about government employees?

as for as I know Govt Employer send Degrees/Credentials of Condidates to the boards/universities concerned prior to issue notice for appointment of the condidate.

fake or real, both get hard time finding a job there. very few actually go through and do a check on the degrees, i guess with both ID and degrees are computerised in Pakistan since many years, all the education boards and HEC should provide way to validate the credentials of an individual online to prescribed institutions or organisation and get rid of this age old clerk based checking and bribing system.
in UK everyone in higher education gets a university ID and that make a part of id HESA (Higher Education Statistical Authority) so all students get a unique Id from first day they enrol , so the universities and others can check on authorised access to the details upto the module they took and attempt made to pass etc etc.
